At the end you get the finished video as files you can upload straight away.
Sizes. Every size you asked for at the start:
- 16:9 for YouTube, websites and screens
- 9:16 vertical for Reels, TikTok and Shorts
- 1:1 square for feeds that still like it
A vertical version isn't just a crop. Each shot gets reframed so nobody's head ends up cut off. Tell me up front which sizes you need, since each one is a little extra work.
Format. An MP4 that plays everywhere and uploads anywhere. If you need a high-quality master for broadcast, a festival or your archive, ask, and I'll export one.
Captions. If captions are part of the job, you get them burned in, or as a separate caption file for YouTube, whichever you need. I check them by hand, because automatic captions misspell names.
Project files. On request. That's the timeline with every cut, so another editor could pick it up later. It's a DaVinci Resolve project. If your team works in Premiere Pro, tell me before I start and we'll plan the Premiere handoff: an XML of the timeline plus the media it points to, so your editor can open the cut in Premiere.
Delivery comes as a download link, or into your own Frame.io project if your team uses one. Download the files soon after, and keep your own copies.
